Private bedroom shared bath in 3bd 2ba house

Seeking one other roommate for a private bedroom, shared bathroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in the Carlton neighborhood of San Jose. House has 2 large living areas, AC, galley kitchen with brand new refrigerator, gas range, and convection oven. Very large backyard area with 3 types of citrus trees and built in bocce ball court. Washer and dryer in house. 2 car garage, large driveway, and plenty of street parking available.

House is located in quiet neighborhood. Short drive to both downtown Los Gatos and Campbell. Easy access to HWY 85 and 17.

I am looking for a quiet, clean, non-smoking roommate who is down to chill after work and be okay living with two cats and a potential puppy in the future. Rent is $1100 without utilities but is negotiable

A little about the other roommate (28) and myself (25), we are both teachers in the Bay Area. I currently teach high school in the Fremont Union High School District and the other roommate is a middle school teacher in Morgan Hill Unified School District. We both are social people, who enjoy having the occasional dinner party with a nice cheese platter and bottle of wine. We enjoy the outdoors and traveling the world and are always looking for the next adventure or a fierce competitor in Settlers of Catan!
