This is in a beautiful house in a very safe and quiet neighborhood in San Jose. The house has a 2-car garage (with one space available for your car), a nice backyard, in-unit washer and dryer, hardwood floors, and a big kitchen with new appliances. A beautiful park sits 2 blocks away. And we're 5 minutes away from 680 and 880, Safeway, Target, 99 Ranch, and an amazing seafood market!

This is a 4-bedroom house with 3 tenants currently. 2 of us are moving out. The tenant who's remaining is a young-professional man and Stanford grad in his mid-20's. He's very respectful, low key, and has very safe COVID practices.

The house is furnished. The bedroom can come with a bed if you desire, or fully unfurnished.

The room is available starting February 15th. The lease goes till September 15th, and you'll have the option to continue on at that point.
