The room is 10by11 feet. Has air conditioner and five foot closet. This includes utilities, kitchen privilege and shared bathroom. I currently have a female roommate I have two dogs and she has one. They are very good with people. I?m looking for male or female roommate, either full time or a commuter. I would like someone who is clean and reasonably quiet during evening and morning hours.
