- There are 3 bedrooms in the house. We live in 2 bedrooms at one end of the hall way upstairs. You will get the master bedroom which is at the other end of the hall way.
- House is in a gated townhouse community

- Remodeled bathroom with dual sinks
- Large balcony
- A lot of closet space (2 closets)
- Access to my refrigerator, washer, and dryer. I have 2 refrigarators: 1 in kitchen and 1 in garage. You can use the one in my garage (pictured).
- Access to the complex's 2 swimming pools and 3 tennis courts
- Comcast wifi and all other utilities included
The rent information is below:
- Single working male only - $1300/mo + $1300 deposit
- 30 days notice is required upon moving out
