Our home also is LGBTQ+ friendly. PG&E and wifi not included in rent -- rent is $990/mo. There's a $680 security deposit which will be returned upon inspection of the room after move-out. Our current lease ends June 1, 2020.

Your housemates would be four senior animation students--2 females and 2 males who are all responsible, easy-going, tidy, and considerate. No drugs or smoking please, but social drinking occasionally.
