The house is CLEANED and maintained regularly. There is easy street parking, near many freeways, off 85 & Blossom Hill, near Snell. Plus many stores and restaurants in the area.

This would be great for a commuter or a person who is BUSY outside the house who primarily needs a place to sleep and shower. Although you can use common areas as mentioned above. Single occupancy, no pets. If good fit here, then hoping to find LONG TERM tenants, LONG-TERM wanted.

$125 weekly space available. The REFUNDABLE deposit can be paid in installments, if necessary. Shared space/semi-private with visual privacy.

Clean background, good references, and stable job that you work OUTSIDE of the house required. I have more pictures that I can send after we talk on the phone.
