Room For Rent

Hi! I live in Gilroy, Very quiet family & Pet friendly community. The Room is about 200 sqft. With a lock on the door, sliding glass closet, view of parking space from your room window. Nice and clean light carpet. The entire apartment is 989 sqft. which includes the patio and storage unit (shed) on the patio. There are 1.5 bathrooms, the bathroom w/ shower/tub is in my bedroom but you?re more than welcome to shower whenever you?d you like! There are two swimming pools located on site, there is an incredible view of the pool and apartment from my unit. There is also a basic fitness center & children playground located on site near the managers office as well. The management here is phenomenal! I also have a 5 month blue nose puppy, he?s very loving and friendly, stays/sleeps in my room when we?re home. There is also another person staying here, she?s an 18 year old student-athlete at Gavilan College. I am a 20 year old working professional. I worked at Tesla in Fremont, until I received a better opportunity and allowed me to commute less, and spend more time out with my dog. The current tenant and I get along great!???? We?re both really easy-going and laid back
