Master Bedroom and Private bath available June 1st

We are looking to rent a single-occupancy room in our house. The rent will be $1,200 a month plus utilities and a $1,200 deposit due at lease signing. There is on street parking and a parking permit is included. The room has its own private bathroom, hallway and small linen closet for storage. The kitchen and laundry room will be shared. The room is available starting as early as June 1st.

The house is located off 11th and San Fernando Street, which is less than a mile away from major highways, nearest light rail station, and a short walk to the SJSU campus. The area is also bike friendly as all major streets have designated bike lanes.

We have a Labrador mix dog and the new tenant must be at the very least tolerant of dogs. However, no other pets are allowed.
