Room and private bath in a 2Br/2Ba - San Jose

I am moving out of my room in a shared 2Br/2Ba by the end of the month (September 28th to 30th) and looking for someone to take over my share of the lease. The lease runs until May 24th, 2020.

This 2Br/2Ba is in a nice complex close to downtown San Jose with on-site barbecue area, pool, spa, gaming room, clubhouse with tv and pool table, 24/7 gym.

We have a washer and dryer in unit and furnished kitchen.

The master bedroom is rented by a couple and I have the second bedroom with a private personal detached bathroom. I?m hoping to find a clean, responsible and easy-going person to take over the lease!

The total rent is $2985, split 60% for the couple and 40% for you.
This totals to $1194 a month + utilities and internet (split 3 ways), which makes it one of the best deals around!

As for the technical details, the leasing office will run a quick background check to make sure you are making more than 2.5 times your share of the rent per month.

There is also a $175 deposit to hold your spot, plus another $175 once we exchange keys (for a total deposit of $350).
