Student Housing Room for Rent

We are looking for a fifth roommate for our complex located at 27 North 6th Street. We have all amenities included (AC/Wifi/Cable/washer&dryer/di shwasher/full kitchen/pool/recreation rooms/study lounges/fitness center). We are a very laid back group of guys in school at San Jose State University. We drink occasionally on the weekends and are pretty productive on weekdays. We have a ton of cooking utensils and such since we all like to cook and eat a lot. Very respectful of each others space/privacy. The cooperation has been great but we'd love to add one more member to the unit.
