We are in a great location, two blocks from Japantown and 20 min walk to San Pedro Square Market. It's also a very safe part of San Jose located 2 min from the police station. It's a 7 min drive (or 15 min bike ride) to Diridon Train Station and 3 min walk to VTA station. The complex also has a pool and a friendly neighborhood. The unit has an open and large living room connected to a newly done kitchen. Great outdoor deck to hang out on.

The bedroom already has a Queen Size water/air mattress, set of drawers, a tv, and a large closet space. However, you may furnish the room as you prefer. There's in unit laundry. The rent already includes utilities (water, electricity, and garbage), home security, and internet.

We are looking for a cleanly and amiable person who is easy to get along with, but also respects each other's privacy and space. We have a cat and sometimes a small aussie doodle that are both really friendly.
