I am looking to rent the spacious unfurnished main bedroom suite with large walk-in closet and bathroom. Full access to furnished living room, dining room, washer/dryer, and kitchen, also has a gated parking spot. Entire condo newly carpeted and painted. Pool, spa, sauna, and gym, currently by appointment. Rent $1,400 per month plus half of utilities (internet and electricity, which averages $100 per month).

About me: laid back working female professional, who currently works from home, until my office opens up and then it will be about twice a week in the office. I also have a 10 yr old Maltipoo lives here as well.
