We are looking to fill the last bedroom, which has large windows for natural light, fan, hardwood floors and a closet. The home has two bathrooms and a updated kitchen. Full laundry room. Dining area and a living room area. The backyard is great for entertaining with a outdoor TV and fire pit area. The yard also had multiple fruit trees and a vegetable garden. A gardener comes every two weeks and is payed for by the landlord. Utilities are split between the tenants.
