This home is located in the heart of San Jose 5min from all major freeways bus’s, VTA, cal train. The home is on a wide quiet tree covers street with plenty of parking. One male house mate who is very quiet and respectful, he does light cooking and rarely uses the common areas. One female tenant is in a separate unit of the home.
