Great location and great home environment

I have a 4 bedroom house with my 15 year old son who is here only 50% of the time and my co-worker she lives with us. We are looking for a responsible person for the forth bedroom that will be available soon. We are both full time workers and my son goes to High School in Willow Glen. The house is in the East Foothills It?s a awesome place to live. We both work from 8-5 and love to cook and bbq and have little gatherings on weekends once in a while. As for my son he is always on his computer just like a regular teenager lol BUT very well behaved and well mannered. The person that is in the room now has a California King bed, dresser and a nightstand with plenty of room to still move around so the room is pretty good size. Also there is indoor washer and dryer and full kitchen use. We also have a puppy he is a good fun puppy.
