The house is located in a residential area near 101 The house has driveway space to park your car.

It is close to Facebook, Google, Stanford campus, Palo Alto downtown, IKEA, Home Depot.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
7 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms
One room, one occupant.
In house washer and dryer.
Shared kitchen, fridge, and cooking utensils (light cooking only).
4 off-street parking spots (first-come, first-serve), with some street parking.
Central gas heating.
50 Gallon water heater.
Super fast Comcast XFINITY service with high end modem (Arris Surfboard) and high end wifi access points (Ubiquity Networks Unifi AP).
FREE access to use Netflix AND Prime Video accounts.
Upgraded house; bright spacious rooms (116 to 160 sqft), open floor plan
Cleaner comes twice every month to clean bathrooms, kitchen and common areas at no charge

ABOUT THE ROOMS
You'll be living in a room with modern amenities, such as fast wifi, and in-wall USB outlets. The suite features a convenient, adjoining semi-private bathroom, as well as a large walk-in closet. Flooring in the room is laminate wood.

OUR RULES
Cleanup after using the kitchen/bathroom/sink
Quiet hours after 10 PM everyday
Take shoes off/wear house slippers/socks in living room area as well as wood floor areas
No getting drunk/drugs/smoking and no pets
Guests are welcome in your room, no overnight guest.
Take turns for Garbage Day (taking trash cans out to the streets)
Each occupant will have their own Laundry Day from Monday-Sunday.

THE DEAL
Monthly rent includes:
Paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets provided
Bi-Weekly house cleaners
Fast Internet
Netflix and Amazon Prime
Utilities *
*On utilities, I will pay the first $100 of water and electricity bill combined. The extra will be shared among the roomates. This arrangement is in place so we are responsible with power and water.

Deposit is one month rent.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a tenant who is clean, quiet, not a fan of getting drunk/drugs/smoking, has no pets, light to no cooking, and does not take 30 minutes for shower.
