Room For Rent- Asap

Room for Rent in a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom home. Home is currently occupied with three tenants. Bathrooms are shared, but showers are split between two roommates. Room has no joining walls to any other bedroom. Family room is furnished. One roommate currently has two cats. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, no smoking inside. Current lease is through January 2020 and looking to fill the room till then. There is a garage but with the schedules all roommates park in the driveway or on the street.
