Room for Rent

So my salon has a private room will soon be available available for rent it's $1200, comes it’s fully furnished with a queen size bed, side table with two stools, Dresser, and 49" TV with a stand. There is a washer and Dryer on premises which is included, water and electric is included with Free WiFi and a $500 deposit. I’m accepting females, single parents with at least one child or Collage students, Nurse, professors, dental, Assistant, etc. This is a house with attachable unit in the back with the one bedroom but the kitchen and living room is occupy that's where the salon is, you do have access to a washer and dryer on premises if you like to wash, and if you would like to prep your meals you just have to keep it clean after you cook. If you smoke you would have to go outside, Dogs are welcome with a $500 deposit. Look for long term lease are 12-36months.
