Quiet Home for Young Professionals/Students

This home has just recently been tastefully renovated from top-to-bottom and we are looking for young professionals/students to come and enjoy our space!

Our large home is located in a quiet suburban area in South San Jose and is practically attached to a sizable park with free tennis courts and basketball courts. It is very safe with ample parking either on the street or driveway (first come first serve). Laundry is available onsite and our brand new kitchen is perfect for cooking light meals. All rooms can come furnished or unfurnished and offer wood floors, views of redwood trees, and shared restrooms. Our quiet backyard is perfect for warm nights. All utilities are included in the price.

We are looking for young professionals or students who are easygoing, respectful, considerate, pay rent on time, and are just generally pleasant. We expect everyone to clean up after themselves and know to be quiet when others are asleep. We do not welcome smokers, excessive drinkers, loud people, partiers, messes or pets (as much as we love pets). This home is meant to be a quiet place for us to all come and relax after work as well as a co-working space (for those who work from home).
