Furnished small room for the minimalist

This room is intended for only ONE person. It is the only room on the first floor of a 3-story single house. Hence, it provides enough privacy and own space. Even though the room itself is only 64 square ft, the renter will have his/her own bath outside the room in addition to the shared living room and dining room. For safety concern, we will provide microwave but no cooking is allowed.


The house is only 7 miles from downtown San Jose and San Jose Airport. It is also within walking distance to grocery shopping/ restaurants/CVS/ BOA/ etc.

Renter's access: Garage/ First and Second floors/ Yard
Renter is not allowed to go to the Third Floor.
Security cameras are installed in the front yard, parking lot, and the living room next to the balcony.

Will require one month deposit, employment letter, reference check, and credit scores.
