Quiet Neighborhood, single bed room

Quiet neighborhood in Los Altos area. Single bed, furnished, and will be only for 4 nights during the week, no weekends, and room is to be shared with the owner during non use days. Shared bathroom. May need to park on the street when on premises parking is not available. Light kitchen and living room and balcony access as well as Laundry in unit access is available before 9pm. Must be quiet and respectful and keep normal hours. No noise after 9pm (cell phone noise etc.). no drugs and no overnight visitors. Bed, nightstand and half a closet are provided. Must provide references, have a clean record, and provide proof of employment. Distances: 7 minutes drive to Google HQ, 11 minutes to LinkedIn; 20 minutes to Yahoo.
