Shared room in a mansion - super tech home!

March 1st I have a shared room with a shared bathroom available.

This is a very fun and cool house with cool people in Tech, Software sales, Law, and Aerospace.
You will be sharing multiple bathrooms an a room with multiple people. typically 4 people in a room.

This home is for professionals, interns, students, and startups.

You will be sharing the room and a large furnished home 2 living rooms, study room, full kitchen, and lots of outside space to relax and unwind.

Features and amenities:

--Laundry on site(I provide soap, softener, laundry hampers, and bleach)
--Cleaning
--Piano
--Fridge and deep freezer
--Full kitchen and large pantry to put dry goods
--Dishwasher
--Tenants with a car rent is $1300/ month
--Tenants without a car rent is $1100/ month
--with that said I offer bikes, helmets, bike locks, and bike lights.
--I also offer a ride share at a cost if you want to signup.
--Closet space.
--bathroom closet space
--linens, towels, blankets, pillows provided!
--dish soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, body soap, and hairdryers included.
--library full of all sorts of tech, science and startup books
--video games
--yoga mats and some workout gear
--Biking gear, helmets, and locks...

A few things:
-If you have a lot of belongings, note that there is limited storage on site, so if you have a lot of belongings, you should get a storage unit.

-No overnight visitors, or visitors after 9pm.
-Visitors need to park on the street not in the driveway.
-No food or drink in the rooms or on the carpets.
-Please, you must be a tidy person and clean up after yourself.
-Please buy groceries as needed. There is limited space in the fridge.
-I do provide 3 different kinds of milk so no need to buy milk.(whole, skim, and vegan)
-There's always a big bowl of fruit and cereals provided in the kitchen at no cost.
-I offer a rotating dinner service Monday through Thursday at a cost and the signup sheet/calendar is in the kitchen.

-This house has many stairs as it sits on a hill.
-No pets of any kind
-please provide a work visa, or drivers license or passport, A work reference or pass a background check and please provide proof of income.

A deposit of $500 is due at the signing of the lease agreement.
Plus the first month rent:
$1300 if you have a car and $1100 if you do NOT have a car.
( I will provide you with a receipt.)
-Please provide a 30 days advance notice if you plan to leave the house.
-Rent is due 2 days before the 1st.

Again, professional considerate people only please.
clean up after yourself, be considerate after 9pm for early risers, etc...

This is a furnished very large home with like-minded innovative individuals of silicon valley.
