ROOM for rent in down town Los Gatos

Hi I am looking for a CLEAN roommate. Who has good references that I can contact. I have 2 pets a cat and a rabbit who lives in the balcony and the cat roams around. I spend some of my nights at my boyfriends and some nights at home. I am a student and I also work. I keep the apartment spotless and have very high standards for the common areas. There is a shared bathroom that I clean every weekend. The room for rent is around 9x10 with a pretty big closet. There is street parking only and garbage and water is taken care of. The internet is 40/mo (each person)and the electricity fluctuates per month but is usually around 40 as well. I am easy going and would love to find a roommate that I can be friends with as well but I need to know they are on board with my expectations of how the place will be run. Thank you!
