Hello! Seeking a female roommate aged 25-35 for a 3/2 condo located near Santana Row. Easy access to 280 and 880 freeways. One year lease with flexible start date through mid-september. Will need a commitment by 8/21.
Bedroom size is roughly approximately 10x13. Large bathroom is shared with one female.
Monthly rent ($1,133) due on the first of the month, PGE/Wifi is split 3 ways.
Communication is key: Guests are welcome, but heads ups are appreciated.
The unit comes with 2 assigned tandem parking spaces in an underground garage that is shared amongst roommates (included in rent). Property also has two small visitor parking lots and street parking available.
Shared kitchen space with standard kitchen appliances including dishwasher. Please clean up after yourself. No dishes left in the sink.
Hardwood floors, washer/dryer in unit, pool, hot tub, fitness center onsite.
We have a ground floor unit in a gated property.

Who we are: Working professionals with typical working hours. Home most nights. Friendly, independent, females. We value quiet solitude, but also enjoy socializing over drinks, a shared meal, or binge watching a trash-tv show. We keep common areas clean. In our free time we appreciate going to the gym, fine dining, and the beach. We are social, but appreciate our alone time.
