Looking for a clean, low-key professional/student to rent our one private bedroom available and a shared bathroom in a 3 bedroom and 1.5 baths house.

-Close to 101 and 280 freeways.
-Close to Downtown San Jose.
-Close to San Jose State University.
-There are two people living in the house: my sister and I (both mid-20s)
-We are both professionals.
-Rent is $900 including the bills (internet, water and electricity)
-Month to month lease.
-One month advance and $900 security deposit that could be used a last month's rent ($1,800 total by the time of move in)
-Kitchen is available for use
-Washer and dryer is available for use
-Parking is included
-Occasional guests
-No parties, smoking or drugs
-No pets
- ONLY ONE OCCUPANT
