Roommate Wanted - 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Apartment

I have a beautiful apartment in Milpitas right by the Great Mall and my 2nd bedroom is available!

I live in the Master bedroom, so you would be getting the 2nd bedroom with your own bathroom.

Washer and Dryer in the apartment, already furnished with a beautiful kitchen island, couch, TV, etc.. All you would need is your bedroom's furnishings. Oh, and you get your own assigned parking spot!

The complex has a pool, hot tub, gorgeous gym, bar entertaining area, game room, etc. It's a 2 year old complex so everything is really nice and new.

The apartment is really nice. I love it! I've painted a beautiful accent wall in the kitchen and living room area to warm it up and make it more like home, not just a white box. You can paint your room if you like also.

I'm a 37 year old female, clean, working professional, fun, good communicator, drama free and great roommate.

I'm asking $1,300 for rent, and all utilities haven't gone above $200 a month so we would split that. I'm paying much more to have the Master bedroom, don't worry.
