Seeking two roommates to rent bedrooms in a three bedroom, two bath home (roughly 1,200 square feet) with a two car garage (and plenty of street parking)..
Bathroom will be shared by two roommates.
This is my commuter home - I plan to be there roughly 4 nights a week (during the day I will be at work); other days I'll be in SF. Home is newly purchased, clean, with light. I am installing A/C. Laundry machines. Prefer an easy-going, fairly clean, responsible professional. No smoking. No cats or large dogs unfortunately, but small hypoallergenic dogs are welcome!
Quiet, safe residential neighborhood (near Pearl Zanker Elementary School). Very close to soon-to-be open Milpitas BART and vast office parks and businesses around south bay and the peninsula.
