$950 Private room in safe neighborhood of Milpitas

Looking for someone to take over my lease by November. My lease expires on February 2021. Willing to negotiate paying half of first month rent. Female preferred.

You will have a private room (approximately 10x11 with closet space) with a shared bathroom with three other females (all young professionals). Two shared bathrooms total. One bathroom will have both shower and tub.

Utilities included:
1. High speed Wi-Fi.
2. PG&E.
3. Water.
4. Trash.

2. Safe neighborhood.
3. Communal spaces (living room, kitchen, backyard, and fridge).
4. Living room has a SmartTV, so you will have access to entertainment services such as HBOGo, Hulu, Amazon Prime Movies, and Netflix).
5. Spacious backyard (plenty of space to have a small garden, photo that is included is all my plants on the side of the house!). :)
