Chill House

We are renting a single bedroom out of our 3 bedroom house available now. There are 3 people currently living here with our 3 very sweet dogs. We are pretty chill people with full-time jobs and occasionally have some friends over for the game night. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other tenant.

We have a cleaning service that comes once a month for bathrooms and common areas. We just ask that dishes are placed in the dishwasher 😀

Our living room and the kitchen is pretty furnished. If you have a couple of large items we can move stuff around. The bedroom would be completely unfinished, roughly 9x10 feet. There is ample street parking. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, two refrigerators, and Central AC/Heating.

We have fast WiFi with no data cap.

Extremely close to 680, but no noise issue. Very easy to get to downtown San Jose, Freemont, Pleasanton and above( Counter commute going north on 680 all the way to Concord).

We are looking for someone who is nice, chill and drama free. We would love it if you would join game night but it is not required :)

$1000 rent plus $150 in utilities
