Shared 3 BR, 2 BA Milpitas House

I just signed a lease on a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Milpitas and am looking to fill the other two rooms. I am a 26 year old male young professional, and am open to both male or female roommates (I have lived with both). The house is spacious with a really nice backyard.

Amenities include:
-Washer and dryer in unit
-Fenced in backyard
-Full kitchen
-Private bath in master, one other shared bath
-Garage with storage space
-Very close to restaurants and grocery stores
-Safe and friendly neighborhood

I do have 2 well behaved dogs, so you must be dog friendly. A friendly couple lives in the master bedroom with another dog.

Rent will be $1100 for the room, plus we will split utilities between the 4 people living in the house.
