We have a 10 month lease beginning July 1st in a large 3 bedroom house in Milpitas. One of our roommates just backed out last second and we need to find someone to fill the third and final room!
It is a decent size room with a small walk in closet. You will also be sharing the bathroom with a clean roommate. There ARE 2 dogs living here, and our lease does not allow anymore unfortunately. $1000 for the room + we split all utilities evenly amongst all members of the home.
We are young professional males who work at San Jose State, looking for someone who is chill and similar age to us (20s or 30s). Cleanliness is a must!
