Room For Rent

We are looking to rent out a single bedroom (to one person) in our home, which is a 5 minute walk to downtown Morgan Hill. The rent will cover one bedroom and a shared bathroom, utilities, high speed internet and cable. Washer and dryer use as well, and a parking spot in the driveway. The bathroom will be shared with the two people currently in the house, as well as any guests that come over. Room will be available for rent June 1st.

Rent: $800/month
Deposit: $1250

The perfect housemate:
Clean and respectful.
Must be comfortable around dogs and cats.
Must be okay with loud noise/music/movies late at night.
You can have friends over, but no sleep overs.
No kids.
No pets.
No smoking.

A little about us:
We are a young couple about to be married. One of us works from home so he is there most of the time; and he works all hours of the day/night. We have a friendly husky that has full run of the house and yard.

Once we find the right tenant, we hope to have open communication so there are no issues in the future.

This will be for a month to month lease. Credit check required.
