Potential roommate will have their own private bedroom and bathroom. Can install cable box if needed in bedroom and there is WiFi availability. No need to visit laundromat since I have washer and dryer in the apartment. Also since I have been living at residence for 12 years now, no need to pay for first and last month rent. Only need to pay rent for existing month. Will need to fill out apartment application to check background and credit history. About a $50 non refundable application fee that apartment charges to run the application. Will be a very quiet roommate with secured employment and will respect your privacy.
