I'm excited to share that I have a cozy, furnished private bedroom available for rent on the second floor of my home. The bathroom, which you'll share with another tenant, is equipped with two sinks and ample storage space.

I'm looking for a clean, quiet, and considerate tenant who doesn't cook elaborate meals and does no more than two loads of laundry per week. Additionally, it's important that you're comfortable with dogs, as I have two small and friendly chihuahua-mix dogs.

Utilities are included in the rent.
