Room for rent in 4br house. Unfurnished, but I can provide a size full bed if needed.

10' x 10'
Room has a closet, drawers, and a cabinet built-in for storage.
Bathroom is shared with 2 females
Utilities included in price (pge, trash, water, wifi, cable etc.)

The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a garage and front/backyard There is a main living room area with a TV and 2 couches, and a second living room that is being used for a home office and storage area. 3 parking spaces on the driveway, first come first serve, with plenty of parking on the street.

We are relaxed about cooking and have an outside grill if needed. Kitchen cleanliness is somewhat relaxed, just do your dishes and keep the counters clean, we have a dishwasher too.
