Hello!
My roommate and I are looking for a third person to share this apartment home. It is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath corner unit and we are looking for a third person to live in our last bedroom.
We were thinking rent would be divided 1150,1150,1200, depending on who would get the master bedroom, and then electric, internet, water, and trash will be divided equally. Security is $100 per person and the first month is free!!
We will have furniture in the common areas, but the bedroom will not come furnished.
About us:
I'm 25 years old and I work as an engineer. I enjoy running, hiking, rowing, traveling, and staying active in my free time.
Our roommate is a 32 year old information technology professional and I have known him for the past year since I moved to California. He is also very active, enjoys traveling and loves dancing. We are both very responsible and enjoy hanging out with friends and each other as well as having time to ourselves. Occasionally we go out to Downtown Mountain View or San Francisco and would love to have a third person to join us!

We are very open to many different personality types, so as long as you're responsible, respectful and obviously pay rent, we would love to have you!
