$1400 a month
+utilities

1st & last + Security Deposit (last and security deposit can be spread out over 2 months)
Utilities are about $60 a month for gas, electricity, and internet, depending on usage.
If there is any overage, the amount will be split evenly between the two tenants

Minimum 4 month lease preferred, then month to month thereafter.
Walk to downtown Mountain View---shopping, dining, live entertainment. Sunday morning
