About the complex:
It is absolutely beautiful complex with amazing gardens, swimming pool, gated car park, and club house (see pictures) Walking distance to Google, Mountain View downtown, and so many companies. Seconds from HWY 101

About the Apt;
Specious, hardwood floor throughout, Furnished, balcony overlooking a beautiful water fountain, garden, and swimming pool, clean and nice looking.

About the Room and secure car park:
It is hardwood floor and nicely furnished. Includes a comfortable queen size bed, side table, computer desk, and closet space. (See pictures). You will have access to shared bathroom and shower (mostly not used by others during the week). You will have a spot inside gated car park if you have car.

About me:
I am a professional woman. Currently I am working on my startup. I work from home when I am not out meeting others. So I am looking for someone who works outside during the day. I am kind, clean, responsible, and have a good sense of humor!

Roommate:
Preferably Female, Clean, Responsible, Drug and Smoke free, KIND, Sense of humor, Easy going, and Employed.

No pets
No smoking or drugs
Light cooking (so long as you clean after yourself, open the windows for fresh air, I am totally OK)
No overnight guest

What are the rent conditions? I am looking to rent the room to ONE PERSON ONLY. Someone who is happy to pay the rent month to month since the lease has expired. The rent is $1595 a month.

I require the first month's rent (and $1595 security deposit) to move in. $35 for background check (check only. required by landlord) Proof of stable employment. I expect the rent on the first of each month.
