Hi there! I?m renting the other room in my 2 bed / 2 bath apartment at Park Place. I?m looking for a professional and social roommate that I can get along with.

* Top floor with vaulted ceilings
* Recently renovated with new appliances (I?m the 1st tenant since renovation)
* Decently sized patio
* In unit laundry
* Blackout curtains in bedrooms
* AC, heating, and wood fireplace
* Parking spot available (I don?t own a car)
* Soon-to-be furnished by me
I don?t currently have a picture of the other room, I attached a photo of my room which is very similar.

* Pool and hot tub
* Rentable common room with kitchen and a crazy nice fridge
* In-between 2 parks
* 10-15 minute walk to the CalTrain station and farmer's market
Rent is free for 2019 (no catch), then $2350 / month starting January 1. The lease ends around November 17, 2020.

* I throw dinner parties (~8-12 people) about once every 6-8 weeks, roommate & friends is always invited
* Around 8-9 / 10 on a ?how clean am I? scale
* Respectful of privacy and noise levels
