The townhouse is a ~1600 sq ft unit with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, two car garage, central AC and heating, washer/dryer, internet, and a nice patio.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bonus room and walk-in closet.
One tenant has been there for 3 years and is an executive assistant for a venture capitalist firm, while the other tenant has been there for 2 years and is an attorney for a start up company. Both are very sweet, friendly, respectful, clean, and quiet. You will love living here!
The prior tenant has already moved out and the room/bathroom will be professionally cleaned prior to move-in.
