Room available in our cozy 3-bedroom 3 bath house! Our home has 3 bedrooms total ? Master bedroom is occupied by couple (both tech professionals), 2nd bedroom is used as an office/spare bedroom and 3rd bedroom is all yours with your own bathroom right outside your door!

We are looking for a young, single professional who is clean, responsible, accountable and interested in staying at least 6 months (This will be a month-month lease). We don?t assign chores but do have clean up days and ask that you help us keep common spaces tidy and clean up after yourself.

We have lived in our cozy space for 7 years and love coming home after a long day of work to a peaceful, chill home. We hope to find a roommate who mirrors our laid-back vibes ?if you're looking to have frequent guests or parties, might not be a good fit.
