Bright, spacious double room in Mountain View CA

I've left my lovely houseshare to work abroad and am looking for a roommate to replace me.

This is a bright and spacious double room with a well-appointed shared kitchen, dining area, living room, bath and shower. There's also use of the garden and pool, and available parking.

You'll be sharing with a man and a woman, 22-23, both working in tech. They're looking for a similar age non-smoking professional who's clean and quiet. Female preferred or m/f couple.

You will be signing a new lease with the landlord and current tenants, pending registration and checks on Zillow.

The current lease runs out mid-August 2023, although extension / renewal is possible, to be discussed with the landlord.

Deposit is somewhat flexible and can also be discussed.
