Private 1BD available in a 2BD 1.5BR townhouse in Mountain View for $1850 a month on a 1 year lease with a $2000 security deposit. I am looking for a roommate to share this townhouse with me and my two small dogs. I am a female young professional working in tech in my late 20s.

The apartment has in unit laundry, a private back patio, and you will have your own private balcony. The bedrooms are upstairs along with a shared bathroom. The living room, kitchen and half bathroom is downstairs. The living room and kitchen is fully furnished and the available room will be unfurnished. You will have your own parking spot. Central AC and heat! No utilities are included and is dependant on the time of year on the cost but Wi-Fi will be a cost of $35 a month to the renter.

Move in date is March 1st.
