Looking for a renter/roommate in this 4 bedroom house in San Jose. Rent is $1,000 a month (that includes utilities and everything else that comes with the place). Quiet and safe neighborhood near shopping and restaurants. Roommates are all young professionals ranging from 27 to 33 years old. Looking for someone around that age who's laid back and respectful. We all as roommates get along and sometimes hangout (watch movies, eat together, hike). Ideally we'd love to find someone we could get along with. two of us are teachers and one of us is a firefighter.
