2 Large Bedrooms +Shareable Bathroom

I have 2 bedrooms available measuring at about 10x12ft with closets that are about 2x7ft for rent with a bathroom that is separated from the rooms which can be used by each renter.. Renters should expect only having access to their rented room and shareable bathroom. One room can be furnished with a Twin XL bed, tv, and a drawer. The rest of my house would be restricted.

My house is just minutes from the 101 Freeway which makes it easy to get around the South Bay, North Bay and East Bay (via 237). It is also biking distance to Shoreline Amphitheater, Google HQ, and Costco. Local VTA Bus 21 stops are within walking distance on Middlefield Rd with stops on either side which can take you south close top Santa Clara University where you can catch additional VTA buses or north close to Stanford Shopping Center where you can catch CalTrain.
