I'm looking for a housemate to join me in a beautiful 2 master bedroom apartment with lots of natural light right by California Avenue in Palo Alto.

I just signed the lease for this place after a long search and looking at dozens of other apartments.
If you care for natural light, cleanliness, and living in an interesting location, you may like this place -- I think it is quite a catch!

- Your rent: $2200/month ($4400/month split equally)
- 2 master bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms
- Kitchen includes oven/stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, garbage disposal
- Washer/dryer in unit
- Plenty of parking available in parking garage, 1 spot included in rent (shared between the two of us)
- Bedrooms are on 3rd floor and very quiet
- No neighbors above us

Location: 2409 Park Blvd, Palo Alto
- Right by California Ave (Palo Alto's 2nd downtown)
- 1 min walk from super market (Mollie Stone's)
- 2 min walk from California Ave Caltrain station (yet no noise in apartment)
- Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood
- Farmer's market on Sundays
- You can see the Stanford dish from the living room :)

About me:
- I'm German (though I have lived in the US for 6 years now). New to California and excited to explore everything!
- I'm a social guy who loves traveling, sports (running/biking/soccer/...), cooking with friends, and trying new things.
- I finished my PhD in computer science last summer and am working as a SWE now.
- I love meeting people with all kinds of backgrounds.
- I prefer things clean around the house.

Looking for:
- Someone in their mid 20s - 30s who is interested in making this their new home.
- You are someone who is friendly and easy-going, and ideally likes to share the common areas and hanging out together every now and then, while also respecting each other?s privacy (this should be easy with 2 master bedrooms).
- You clean up after yourself in the common areas.
- Move in date: as early as April 4, ideally no later than May 1.
