We have a downstairs bedroom with it's own private bathroom available for rent in a brand new townhouse. We own a 4-bedroom, 3 story townhouse that my wife and I live in, along with my mother in law. The unit is downstairs, right next to the entry way. We're looking for a professional, quiet roommate who doesn't mind the smell of Asian cooking. Our home is situated up on Communication Hill and has quick access to the 87 freeway. Lots of street parking available so that should never be an issue.
