The rent is $947 per month. Utilities and kitchen access will be shared equally with the other house-mates.
The bedroom opens up to a beautiful and huge backyard with a lot of open space and greens, which sets the mood for a perfect daily getaway and a remote-work location.

The house has all major kitchen appliances & in-unit laundry. It is in a peaceful safe residential neighborhood & at a walking distance of 5 mins to 7Eleven, Lawrence Expy, Ponderosa Park. 15 min walk to many daily needs stores like Lucky store, Bharat Bazar for Indian Grocery, Starbucks, Lawrence Caltrain Station. Bikeable, drivable & partly walkable to several major tech giants & startups.

An ideal housemate is someone who is calm, decent, no-drama, easy-going & chilled out, respects the privacy of other roommates.

Currently we (3 roommates) are looking for 2 roommates to extend the lease with for a year starting June 1st. Your application will have to be submitted to a Property Management Company, and they will make a final decision on the candidature. You will be officially on the lease with us.
We share all utility costs and internet fees. That is usually about a $100 on top of the rent. There is a carport, that can fit 3 cars parked at the same time. Street parking is also available. We are friendly and respectful of each other's space and needs :-) No smoking in the house. There is a backyard, however. Also no pets. And we do remove our shoes when entering the house, - that is a desire of the owner :-)
