Rooms for rent in beautiful, safe Los Gatos

I'm looking for a friendly person (female preferred) to fill one of two unfurnished bedrooms in a shared upstairs 880 sq. ft. partially furnished apartment. My great friend/ current roommate recently got engaged and will be moving in with her fianc?, but we have a lease contracted through July 1, 2020.

There are two rooms available, you can choose either the master or the smaller one, with the smaller one being a bit more budget friendly. Both rooms have large windows, so they're bright and well ventilated.
Master for 1 person: $1240
Master for 2 people (if you want to share with someone, that's fine): $1450
Smaller for 1 person: $1155
Deposit: Same as rent
Location: Pollard at Wedgewood, Los Gatos (location is on the border of LG and Campbell)

Apartment details: Large balcony and hallway closets for storage, shared bathroom (we can work out some shower schedule and otherwise, I don't get ready in the bathroom so it's pretty open most of the time). All kitchen amenities, vineyard on site, incredibly safe neighborhood.

Pets: Small dogs are welcome (only 1 pet in addition to my current dog is allowed). There are a lot of coyotes in the neighborhood and I also have a tiny terrier/chihuahua, so I wouldn't recommend a cat but I do love cats and they are allowed to live in the apartment so whether this area and apt would be a good match for your cat is up to you.
Pent rent: $50/month/pet (max 2 in entire apt and I already have 1).
Pet deposit: $300/pet

Location: Neighborhood is beautiful and there are a lot of parks nearby. Also 10-20 minutes to multiple outdoor spaces and preserves (Vasona, St. Joseph's, Sanborn, etc...). Walking distance to Safeway, CVS and other shops.

About you: Friendly, female, working professional.

About your future roommate: I live an active outdoor lifestyle, love art and my dog, I enjoy baking small desserts, reading, going to the beach, learning, crafting, watching some sports but mostly movies, and love traveling to cool places when I can. Spend most of the evenings outdoors with my dog, then cook dinner or go out to dinner, sometimes watch the TV in the living room, enjoy chatting but also often need to unwind or catch up on work alone in my room.
