My Boyfriend and I are looking to find a roomate(s) to renew the lease with us effective June 14th, 2019. Our previous roomate has moved out, as such move in can be before the lease renewal.

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, washer and dryer in unit, fireplace, garage parking.

The apartment complex features 3 pools, 2 gyms, tennis courts, and weekly food trucks.

The room has a private balcony and walk in closet, fits a queen bed comfortably. There are 2 full bathrooms in the unit, meaning you would have one completely to yourself.

The common areas are furnished and completely open for use.
